Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 40000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 120000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 40000000 ~ 120000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all Eligible Tenderers as Mentioned:
1) a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of General experience in the installation of stage lighting & sound system as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Director.
b) The Tenderer shall have specific experience as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Director in successful completion of similar nature electrical/electro-mechanical Work (installation of lighting and sound system) of not less than Tk= 255.00 lac in a single agreement under any Government/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies within the last 5 years.
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under other Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district.
2) The average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.=500.00 Lac under public sector over last 5 years
3) The minimum amount of liquid assets/working capital/credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.=400.00 Lac.
4) The Tenderer must submit: Up-to-date Trade License, Up-to-date Tax clearance Certificate, Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate and Up-to-date ABC Contractor & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, Technical Specification, Operation & Installation manual and Catalogue for proposed Lights, audio & video system
5) The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. =350.00 Lac.
6) In Marking Criteria of ITT Clause 25 of TDS: The Tenderer Must Score 60 Out of 100 for Technical Qualification.
7) The Tenderer shall have IRC certificate for importing foreign equipment & materials.
8) All other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC.
