Eligibility criteria:
As per TDS
a. All the tendered must follow the rules & regulation PPR- 2006 & 2008 ;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) Last 03 (three) years general experience of supply of similar Goods and related services in any government organization;
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of Tk. 60,000/- under 01 (one) contract in the last 03 (three) years from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of Tk. 100,000/- (ITT Clause-9.1; From PG2-5);
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Chholar Dal] must be submitted to in three transparent containers to the Jail as per sample on or before tender opening date and time.
