Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Mechanical Maintenance Consumable items for Mechanical Division of Shahjibazar 330MW CCPP, BPDB, Habiganj.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1833333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.The tenderer must submit valid and up to dated Trade License, Vat Registration and Income Tax Certificate.
2.Tenderer must submit Credit Line (as per PG:3 format) or Bank Statement reflecting minimum 15 (Fifteen) Lakh Taka as liquid asset.
3.Tenderer should have experience on supplying consumable Items to any  power plant at an amount of minimum 08 (Eight) Lakh Taka in a single contract in last 03 (Three) years.
4. The quoted price should not exceed the estimated cost by ±15%, otherwise tenderer will be rejected.
5. The tenderer must submit sample of the item No. 03, 04, 05, 06, 09, 57 and  Graphite Gland Packing items (any 5 items among the offer Item No. 73-90) to the PE Office before the opening date of tender. The sample will be properly examined during the evaluation.
6. The Tenderer must mention supply items with Technical Specification and Country of Origin.
7. Tenderer shall have to submit Certificate that offered items be new, unused and are in good condition.
8. Tenderer must submit Guarantee / Warranty Certificate for the consumable items 1 (One) years from the date of delivery.
9. Tender shall be accompanied by a tender security in a favor of DD, RAO, Shahjibazar Power Station in the form of DD/Pay order from any Scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
10. The Tenderer must fulfill other conditions as per Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
