Eligibility criteria:
1. Up-dated trade license of the bidder.
2. Up-dated Vat Registration Certificate of the bidder
3. Up to date TIN certificate
4. Updated BS/ISO standardization certificate of the manufacturer of goods.
5. Manufacture Authorization Letter must be submitted.
6. Original catalogue/Brochures of manufacturer (as specified in Special terms and conditions of tender specification) for the bidding materials.
7. The copy of the receipt of the sample must be enclosed/submitted with the offer. No offer will be accepted without the submission of sample.
8. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 70(Taka Seventy Lac Only) Lac.
9. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 55.00 (Fifty Five Taka Only) under maximum 1 (one) contracts in the last 3(Three) of years
10.The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
11. Country of Origin must be European standard.
