Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1900000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5700000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1900000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:

1. The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as supplier shall be 03 (Three) years, i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
2. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01(one) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 1350000 ( Thirteen Lakh Fifty Thousands); i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) in the format as specified (Form PG2-5) of the Tenderer shall be of TK. 1550000 ( Fifteen Lakh Fifty Thousands); Document of liquid assets to be submitted along with the tender and it must be issued between publication date and submission date of the tender.
4. Up-to-date Valid Trade Liscence as Supplier. Supplier according to PPR,2008.
5. e-BIN (13 digits) Registration Certificate.
6. Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
7. Sample (200 gram High Standard Moshur Daal Saru) must be submitted in 03 (Three) transperent containers to the Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
8. Certificate of Incorporation ( in case of Limited Company)
9. All others terms and conditions as stated in TDS and PCC.
10. All the Tenderers must follow the PPR-2008 Rules and Regulations.
