Eligibility criteria:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded:
(I) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk. 4.50 lakh under maximum 03 (three) contracts in the last 05 (five) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk. 5.00 lakh [Form PG2-5];
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm. Unnotamaner Cholar Dal] must be submitted in 03 (Three) transparent containers to the Jail as per sample on or before tender opening date and time.
