* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 9000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 27000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
The tender payer must submit the following documents with the tender letter.
(A) A certified copy of the trade license (latest renewed).
(B) A certified copy of Income Tax payment (12 digit e-TIN) or of Income Tax Return for the year of 2022-2023.
(C) A latest certified copy of Bank Solvency Certificate.
(D) Verified photocopy of the VAT registration certificate (13 digit BIN)
(E) Certificate of similar work experience, which is related to the quality of work by the heads of all the institutions performing the latest work.
(F) Certified Photographer's (latest passport size photograph) and National Identity Card.
(G) Tenders are not blacklisted on the self-proclaimed pad.
H) A certificate of ownership of the company.
I) Three specimen signature of the owner in the pad of the company.
J) 2 Litre of sample bottle of soyabean oil for each brand with brand name should be submitted to supply section of SMP HQ within the three days of this tender opening date.
K) It is stated that this tender work order will be effective till the work order of first quarter of 2023-2024. As per PPR, 2008 Rules 77 and schedule 2 price limit of price of the contract 15% extra goods can be bought. In that case supplier will have to supply as per work order and price of contract rate.
