Eligibility criteria:

2. If the Tenderer is not manufacturer, Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter for offered Items of Price and Delivery Schedule for Goods (Form e-PG2-2A) must be submitted.
3. Tendere must submit Certificate from the manufacturer or authorized entities of the manufacturer confirming that his offered item is new, unused, in good condition, and will fit properly without any modification in the existing Hydraulic Oil Pump system.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk.18,00,000/- (Eighteen Lac only).
