Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 116666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 350000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 116666666 ~ 350000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(A) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 years.
(B) (i) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 800 (Eight Hundred) Lakh. in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
(C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1600 (Sixteen Hundred) Lakh over the last 5 years. in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(D) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 250 (Two Hundred and Fifty) Lakh. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in the format as specified (Form e-PW3), without alternation or addition, issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Tender (original copy only)
(E) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1000 (One Thousand) Lakh.
(F) The Tenderer must have Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up to-date Income Tax Return Certificate.
(G) The Tenderer must have Up to date ABC, Electrical Supervisory Licence of his own firm.
(H) All other Conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 and Section-4) of tender Documents must be fulfiled.
