2 It is mentioned here that during evaluation tenderers ongoing work performance (ADP works or PMP works ) under cumilla zone will be considered as a responsiveness of tenderers.
3.Tenderer's rates must be logical with the Prevailing market price. If any tenderer submit rate which is 5% (Five percent) lower or higher than the official estimated cost he/she must submit rate analysis in favour of his/her submitted rate otherwise his/her tender will be considered as non-responsive.
