* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 18000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
Tender must meet the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Documents. Also must be submitted all Certificates/Documents for proving the informations.
1. General experience of not less than 10 (Ten) Years.
2. Required minimum number of similar contracts completed during last 05 (Five) years : Successfully completion of Building works amounting of Taka at least 52,50,000 (Fifty Two Lakh Fifty Thousand) in a single work order/NOA of any Govt./Semi-govt./ or Autonomous organization .
3. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or available credit facilities net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk. 24,00,000 ( Twenty Four Lakh) (Certificate for proving available liquid assets must be issued within 28 (twenty eight) days from the date of tender submission). This certificate must be submit according to e-GP format "Letter of Commitment for Banks's undertaking for Line of Credit (Form e-PW3-6a)".
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1,12,00,000 ( One Crore Twelve Lakh) over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) years.
5. The tenderer must also have current Trade License, upto date Income Tax clearance certificate and VAT Registration certificate.
