Eligibility criteria:
Eligibility of Tenderers:
A) The reputed tenderer shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in building construction and repair works.
B) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of work worth not less than Tk. 24.00 (Twenty Four) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies of Bangladesh during last 5 years.
C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 years amounting of Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) Lakh.
D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five ) Lakh in standard tender document format from scheduled bank of Bangldesh.
E) Tenderer must submit up-to date Trade License,up-to date Income Tax Clearance and up-to date VAT Registration Certificate, updated ABC license and updated supervisory License.
