5. Liquid Asset with Bank Statement/Approved credit Limit Certificate (mandatory)
6. Import registration certificate (IRC)
7. ABC Online electric License with firm owned name.
8. Must be submitted Original Manufacturer’s Authorization for cold room machineries.
9. ISO Certificate of Manufacture
10. Manufacturer of Cold room machineries must have support service center in Bangladesh (mandatory)
11. Audit report with Rating certificate during the last 3 years
12. Firm Registration certificate by Notary Public, Mention Trade & Electic License No.
13. Incase of irrelevance rate of the tenderer, item wise rate analysis must be submitted. If the submitted rate analysis is not satisfactory, after evaluation the tender will be non-responsive.
14. All Documents should be up to date
