1.A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least (a) Sand / Earth Filling Work of Tk 30 Lakh under single contract over a period of 5 years shall be required and
(b) RCC Construction Work of Tk 30 Lakh under single contract over a period of 5 years shall be required.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 120 lakh over the last 5 years
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 40 lakh .Use standard format in case of line of credit.
