Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.

* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
Enlisted Contractor of BADC or from any other government agency, division, autonomous, semi-autonomous body or corporation who have
a) valid trade license with up to date renewal.
b) Valid TIN Certificate with up-to-date Income Tax Certificate.
c) VAT registration Certificate.
2. Minimum amount of liquid asset is Tk. 7,00,000.00 (Seven lakh). Regarding this purpose only Bank statement or Credit line certificate will be considered.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 7,00,000.00 (Seven lakh) over the last 5 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
4. A satisfactory completion of repairing and maintenance of irrigation equipments of at least Tk. 7,00,000.00 (Seven lakh) under single number of contract over a period of last 5(Five) years counting backward from the date of publishing the tender shall be required.
5. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS)
