Brief Description of Package: Establishment of 20 bed Isolation unit & 10 bed ICU at Laxmipur Sadar Hospital.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 40000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 120000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 40000000 ~ 120000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Reputed Construction firms with general experience for minimum 05 years.
2. (a) Must have successfully completed at least one RCC building construction including civil, sanitary, internal & external Electrification and installation of Lift works under any Govt/semi Govt/Autonomous Body of Bangladesh amounting at least Tk. 315 Lac in a single contract during last five years.
(b)The Tenderer must have authorization letter of A Category Lift from any authorized dealer of lift in Bangladesh.
 In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concern Executive Engineer. In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous Bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
3. Minimum avg. annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 20 Crore supported by payment certificates during last Five years.
4. Minimum Liquid assets/credit facilitiy of Tk. 2 Crore substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the PW3-7 format.
5. MinimumTender Capacity of Tk. 445 Lac.
6. The Tenderer must enclose with tender valid VAT Registration certificate, updated Tax Clearance certificate, updated Trade license and updated ABC & Supervisory license issued by the Electrical Licensing Board of Bangladesh, The Letter of Acceptance of the World Bank's Anticorruption Guidelines and Sanctions Framework, Commitment with the EIA & Mitigation Measures of COVID 19 AF Project. All other Terms & Conditions Stated in Section 2,4,5,6,8 of Tender document.
