Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Bearing for different types of motor of Bhola 225 MW CCPP.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 733333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 733333 ~ 2200000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be at least 03(three) year within last 5(Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similiar Goods like motr, bearing, etc at least one (1) contract successfully completed in Govt/Semi Govt utility within the last 03(three) years, with a value of at least Tk.6(Six) lac
3. The product must be new and unused.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 8,50,000.00 from authorized financial Instituion.
5. Submission of challan/document of goods procuring source when goods to be delivered.
6. Bearing Specification must be matched with given technical specification.
7. Submission of Last TAX year return acknowledgement slip/certificate, Updated VAT registration and Trade License .
8. The Approving Authority will form an Inspection Committee after delivery of goods at site. The committee will inspect the quantity and test the quality of the supplied goods at random basis as per term and condition of contract and will submit a report to competent authority for approval. If the supplier fails to meet up the quality and quantity of supplied goods, the authority will reject the full lot. In that case, the supplier will have to return the goods within 7 (seven) days at his own cost.
