Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1500000 ~ 4500000.

Eligibility criteria:
 Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. Manufacturer / Authorized distributor / Dealer itself with proper documents or  in case of Supplier- the tenderer must  has to submit Authorization letter from the manufacturer/authorized distributor/Dealer in their submitted tender.
2. Experience in the supply of Electrical Goods/Equipments/similar items. In this connection, Certificates for supply of  equipment shall have to be submitted by the bidder. A satisfactory completion of supply of said Goods items at least Tk BDT 8.0 Lac under 3 of contract(s) over a period of 3 years.
3.The warranty period of the goods shall be as per manufacturer’s warranty certificate. Suppliers retention money will be released after 01(One) year on successfully operation from the date of successfull commissioning . 4. Supplier has to submit the manufacturer’s warranty certificate/ card and Challan copy from manufacturer / authorized distributor / Dealer  in favour of GMD, Dhaka (East), PGCB before commissioning the goods. 5.Tenderer should submit the Manufacturer's warranty certificate along with the bid documents. 6. Before submitting the tender the tenderer has to submit a Consent Letter to PE so that he is aware of the scope of works and mention about litigation history. 7. As per work schedule, after execution of work, Measurement Certificate should be prepared & Signed by Engineer-Incharge & Contractor. 8. The period of validity of the goods Warrenty shall be as per manufacturer warrenty certificate. 9. Supplier has to submit the manufacturer warranty certificate/ card in favour of GMD, Dhaka (East), PGCB before commissioning the goods. 10. Valid Trade license, TAX and VAT registration number.
