1 The tenderers must have his own Asphalt Batching Plant and concrete Batching Plant as specified in ITT 18.1 within the jurisdiction of cumilla zone.
2 It is mentioned here that during evaluation tenderers ongoing work performance (ADP works or PMP works ) under cumilla zone will be considered as a responsiveness of tenderers.
3.Tenderer's rates must be logical with the Prevailing market price. If any tenderer submit rate which is 10% (Ten percent) lower or higher than the official estimated cost he/she must submit rate analysis in favour of his/her submitted rate .
4.It is mentioned here that the official cost estimate has been prepared based on RHD SCHEDULE OF RATES 2019
