Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):

Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in construction works.
(b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) Number of Renovation/ Maintenance work of minimum Tk. 35,00,000 (thirty five lakh) in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 3 (three) years. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.In case of the work done under any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years of Tk. 90,00,000 (ninty lakh). Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(d)The minimum amount of liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk 22,00,000 (twenty two lakh). In case of Line of credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 30,00,000 (thirty lakh)
(f) Up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license issued from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board must be submitted.
(g) up to date Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT registration certificate must be submitted.
