Brief Description of Package: Procurement of folder bag.
Eligibility criteria:
1) Up to date trade license as supplier, Vat registration Certificate(BIN), Tax payment Certificate will be submitted by bidder during biding.
2) Bank Solvency Certificate at least Taka 2,80,000.00 (Two lac eighty Thouseand) will be submitted by bidder during biding.
3) Bidder must have minimum 01(One) years’ experience supply of goods.
4)Bidder must be submitted at least 01(One) End User Certificate od similar type (Bag/Folder bag) from government & Non-government organization.
5) 06(Six) months warranty (From MRR date) will be applicable and for that 5% value of contract price will be deducted from the supplier bill. Warranty money will be refund without any interest after successful completion of warranty period.
6) Bidder will be supplied materials within 30(Thirty) days after issued purchase order.
7) Bidders quotation will be valid at least 90(Ninety) days.
8) 0.5 (Half) % Liquidated Damaged(L/D) of contract price will be deducted for each one week or part thereof for delay supply of goods. The maximum number of Liquidated Damaged(L/D) will be 10% of contract price.
9) 100% of the Contract price of the Goods shall be paid on MRR basis through A/C Payee check on supply of the following documents: a) 3(Three) Copy Bill, b) 4(four) Copy Invoice. C) Acceptable Quality Certificate (QC) issued by TICI store & d) MRR (Material Receipt Report) copy, issued by TICI store.
10) Bidder must be submitted Litigation history decleration, Authorization letter confirming the signatory of tenderer from organization decleration, Tenderer Information decleration & Supply schedule decleration.
