Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderer or JVCA as mentioned below.
1. Reputed Contractors/Construction Firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Similar Nature Works.
2. Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) Number of Building Construction work including Civil, Sanitary and Internal Electrical work of Tk. 2400.00 [Two Thousand & Four Hundred] Lakh within last 5(five) years in a Single Contract in Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. In case of work done under PWD the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the certificate shall be duly verified by the Concerned Executive Engineer of PWD.
3. The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk. 2500.00 [Two Thousand & Five Hundred] Lakh during the last 5(Five) Years. Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4.The Tenderer shall have minimum Liquid assets i.e Credit line of Tk. 900.00 [Nine Hundred] Lakh. Document Prescribed form for Line of Credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PW 3-7 of tender and Contract forms.
5.Tender Capacity of Tk. 2800.00 [Two Thousand & Eight Hundred] Lakh.
