Adequacy of minimum liquid assets i.e working capital substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the format (Form attached with tender document),without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
3) The Tenderer must submit: Up-to-date valid Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate, Valid VAT registration Certificate..
