(b) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 4,60,00,000.00 (Four Crore And Sixty Lac Only) Under 01 of contract over a period of last 05 (Five) years shall be required.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 4,05,00,000.00 (Four Crore And Five Lac Only) over the last 05 (Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset ie banking instrument or working capital or credit facilities or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1,02,00,000.00 (One Crore Two Lac Only).
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 4,60,00,000.00 (Four Crore And Sixty Lac Only).
