Eligibility criteria:
Tenderers having following Qualification Criteria will be eligible:
(a) The minimum specific experience of construction of Steel Structured Warehouse/ Godown/ Sheds/ Buildings as a Prime Contractor, at least 1 (one) contract of successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 50,00,000/- ( Fifty Lakh Taka), under any Government/ Semi-government / Autonomous Organization
(b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3,55,00,000/- (Three Crore Fifty-five Lakh Taka) over the last 5 (Five) financial years.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 60,00,000/- ( Sixty Lakh Taka).
