Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 11000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 33000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 11000000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
b. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Valid Trade License
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate
(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
(iv) The receipt of purchasing Tender Document
(v) Copy of NID card
c. Only copy of Completion Certificate of works supported by work order and payment certificate issued by the officer equivalent to executive Engineer and above will be considered for evaluation.
d. Tendere must have a completion certificate of successful completion in a single work order of at least one number of construction of RCC Road work of value Tk. 1.00 Crore in last 05 (Five) Years. Average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3.70 Crore over the last 5 years. The minimum Tender capacity shall be:tk. 0.90 Crore.
e. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 0.80 Crore
f. For submission of any false/fake certificate, he/his firm may be penalized according to PPA & PPR 127(1,2,3).
g. Cerculation/Office of Honourable Prime Minister's office vide Memo No.:03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 & CPTU of Planning Commission Memo No.:21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Dated: 10.10.2019 will be applicable.
h. The bidders who have submitted any kinds of false documents during perticipation of different tenders under this project of PSTU and which were authenticated after varification from respective certificate issuing offices need not to perticipate any kind of tender under this project (FDP 2nd Phase) of PSTU, because they are being under process for debar by CPTU/PSTU.
