Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
1. Valid up to Date Trade license.
2. Up to Date TAX certificate.
3. Up to Date VAT registration certificate.
4. Affidavit (if ownership deed).
5. Bank solvency certificate.
6. Documentary evidence of liquid assets(Bank Statement/ Bank Solvency certificate).
7. Documentary evidence of Average Annual Construction Turnover (work completion certificate is mandatory).
8. Evidence of Tender Capacity.
9. The Tenderer shall submit a letter of consent that they have no litigation history
10. Satisfactory completion of similar kind of work of at least BDT 1.6 Lac under 2 or less of contracts over a period of 5 years shall be required in any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, State Owned Company/Utilities/Corporation/Private Reputed Company or organization or charitable organization.
11. A Programme (Work Schedule) must be submitted for this Works within 07 days through Engineer-Incharge to PE after signing of the Contract
