Eligibility criteria:
1) Updated and Valid trade license (Trade License & Business Type must be Supplier) ;
2) Valid VAT/BIN Registration Certificate;
3) Valid TIN with Updated Taxpayer Certificate;
4) Latest Bank Solvency Certificate;
5) Manufacturer's/Distributor's Authorization Certificate.
6) Quotationer must fill up all Columns in Price and Delivery Schedule for Goods (Form e-PG1). Only One Brand & Model has to be mentioned. These types of words "Attached", "As per Attachment", "Enclosed", "Comply", "as per Schedule", "Agreed" are highly discouraged to use in mentioned columns.
7) Technical Specification Submission and Compliance Sheet of all Items in Official Pad. Technical Specification Submission and Compliance Sheet will contain columns as-Serial No., Product Name, Specification, Country of Origin, Make/ Assemble, Brand & Model. Quotationer’s Offered Technical Specification must be similar with Brochures/Catalogue/Data Sheet.
8) Quotationer must have the satisfactory completion of Similar/Relevant/Specific Supply Experience in BARI in the last 03 (Three) of years.
9) 100% Bill will be paid after Completion of Delivery and final Acceptance by BARI Technical Inspection and Acceptance Committee (TIAC). The bill payment Process may take 45 to 60 Days.
10) Warranty & After Sales Service Certificate in official Pad.
11) Original Product Catalogue/ Brochure.
