Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 20000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 60000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 60000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a. The tenderer must submit update authorization letter for submission against the tender ID. Incase of submission of inaccurate authorization letter the tender shall be considered as non responsive.
b. Tenderer must have minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of 30.00 m long PC Girder Bridge in RHD successfully completed within last 5 years with a total contract value of at least Tk 1,70,00,000.00 (One Crore Seventy Lac) Only (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System)
c. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1,21,00,000.00 (One Crore Twenty One Lac) Only over the last five (5) years.
d. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1,81,00,000.00 (One Crore Eighty One Lac) (In case of submission of bank statement as proof of liquid assets or working capital, the equivalent amount must be stayed in his/her account from at least 28 days prior to the date of publication of tender)
Note:
1. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system- TDMS
2. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, personnel list etc of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be availalble in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time
3. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail
4. A tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible
5. Evaluation Sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the TEC
