Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 3000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1.The Tenderer shall have minimum 05(Five) years experience.
2. Tenderer shall have the experience in similar works of a minimum value of tk.750000.00 (Tk. Seven lac Fifty Thousand) only under a single contact over a period of last Five (05) years.
3. The required average annual turnover must be greater than tk.700000.00 (Tk. Seven lac) only over last Five years.
4. Tenderer shall have liquid asset of tk.800000.00 (Tk. Eight lac) only supported by bank solvency certificate.
5. The tenderer shall have valid trade license, Vat certificate, Income Tax certificate (With acknowledge slip/certificate) and ABC electric license.
6. If any tenderer doing 2(two) yearly emergency installation , repair, recovery and re-installation of 11kv, 11/0.4kv & 0.4 kv overhead lines and distribution transformer in DPDC will not be eligible for this tender.
7. If any tenderer doing 2(two) DSS work or 1(one) DSS work and 1(one) emergency maintenance work in DPDC will not be eligible for this tender.
8. All other terms and conditions as given in the tender Document.
