Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2866666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2866666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(1) General experience : Reputed Contactors/ Construction firms having general experience in construction works for minimum 05 (Five) year's.
(2) Specific Experience : Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number similar nature of Building construction works of Government / semi Government / Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting TK 20.50 (Twenty point five zero) Lac, in a single contract.
(3) The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be minimum Tk. 24.50 (Twenty four point five zero ) lac per year for over the last 05 (Five) years i,e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website/newspaper. Average annual Construction Turnover i,e total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector i,e Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies shall only be considered. Private works shall not be taken into account.
(4) The minimum amount of liquid assets TK.18.00 (Eighteen) Lac, Document (Original Copy Only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose (Form PW2a-3).
(5) The minimum Tender capacity shall be : Tk.24.00 (Twenty Four) Lac.
(6) Tenderer's having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected. If the quoted price is same among the tenderers then evaluation process is maintained according to the ITT Clause 30.4
(7) Up to date Terms & Conditions as stated in PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 will be followed.
