Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 15000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 45000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 15000000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
01. Tenderers only from Bangladesh will eligible.
02. Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
(i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) years;
(ii) The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk : 95,00,000.00 under any Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh.
(iii) Average annual construction turnover greater than Tk.: 1,85,00,000.00 only over the last 05 (Five) years;
(iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tender Tk.: 46,00,000.00 only.
(v) The Tender must be submit.
(a) Up to date valid Trade License.
(b) Valid TIN certificate.
(d) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(vi) All other Documents as per TDS & IFT.
