Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 30000000 ~ 90000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenders from all eligible countries.
-The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 7 years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
-The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in construction works of at least 2 (two) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 3.40 Crore. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
-The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 6 Crore over the last 3 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
-The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2.80 Crore with supputted by bank solvency of liquid assets.
