(iii) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/are Tk. 15,0000000.00 (Fifteen Crore only) per year in the last three [3] years.
(iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 18,0000000.00 (Eighteen Crore) only.
Special Instruction:
(i) Supplier should have Updated Trade license, VAT certificate with BIN, Income Tax Certificate (2021-2022/22-23) etc, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non-Responsive
