4.The average annual construction turnover shall be greater than tk. 6(six) lac in the best 2 years.
5.The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credites facilities of the tenderer shall have tk 6.0(six) lac.
6.The work shall have to be completed by 120 days.
