Eligibility criteria:
1.General experience:
The Tenderer should have minimum 5 years experience in substation construction works as a Contractor.
2.Specific experience:
The tenderer should have experience as a contractor in at least 01(one) contract of supply , installation and related servising of Air Cooler in 132kv and 230kv or higher voltage grid substation control room or 33kv control room or Power station control room , successfully completed within the last 03 years ( years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper) at a cost of not less than 3.20 lac.( Document submit: Completion certificate with Contract agreement,work order,schedule).
3. The tenderer shall have submitt at least 1 (One) Satisfactory performance Certificate from respective PE of similar works(Air cooler) in 132kv and 230kv or higher voltage grid substation control room or 33kv control room or Power station control room , at a cost of not less than 3.20( Document submit: Performance certificate with Contract agreement,work order,schedule).
4. May have experience of servicing air cooler or have agreement with any servicing entity for servicing air cooler jointly.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital of the Tenderer shall be BDT 4.0 lac.
6. Tender security shall be furnished in favor of Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Ltd. in form of pay order or Bank draft.
