Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents: 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (five) years, 2. The minimum specific experience in Installation of Solar Powered Street Light of at least 01 (One) contract of successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years under Climate Change project(Preferably of Municipilty), each with a value of at least Tk.1,55,00,000.00 (One Crore fifty-five Lac), 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2,50,00,000.00 (Two Crore Fifty lac) Only over the last 05 (Five) years, 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 118.00(One hundred eighteen Lac), 5. The minimum capacity shall be:118.00(One hundred Eighteen Lac.), 6. Up to date ABC & Supervisory License copy. 7. Tenderer must have ISO Certificate. 8. RJSC Listed company/Incorporation certificate (Up to Date). 9. Bank Solvency Certificate, 10. Submit List of Ongoing project. The bidder must have a minimum of Tk. 850 lakh solar PV system related working experience with BCCT funds,11. Submit of Completion Work Certificate. The bidder must have a minimum of Tk.450 lakh solar PV system related working experience with BCCT funds, 12. LED Light, Battery and Charge Controller must accompany test report from BCSIR/ BSTI/ BUET/ RUET/ CUET/ KUET/ DUET or from any Accredited Laboratory. (As per SREDA Specification),13. A Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter is only required for Light, Panel, Battery and Charge Controller must be submitted,14. Business Address 15. Valid Trade Licence (Up to Date), 16.
