Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 13333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 40000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 13333333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) Reputed Contactors/Construction firms with general experience for minimum 05(Five) years.
2) Must have successfully completed at least 1 (One) RCC building including civil, sanitary & E/M works under any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous Body of Bangladesh during last Five years (counted backward from the date of publication of IFT) amounting at least Tk. 110.00 (One hundred and ten)) Lac in a single contract.
3) For works done under PWD, the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. For works done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
4) Minimum avg. annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 4.00 (Four) Crore supported by payment certificates during last Five years.
5) Minimum Liquid assets/credit facilitiy of Tk. 92.00 (Ninety Two) Lac. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the PW3-7 format , without any alteration, issued not earlier than the publication date of this IFT.
6) Minimum Tender Capacity of 130.00 (One hundred and thirty) Lac.
7) The Tenderer must enclose with tender updated valid VAT Registration certificate, updated Tax Clearance certificate, updated Trade license and updated ABC & Supervisory license issued by the Electrical Licensing Board of Bangladesh.
8)The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) The tenderer must Submit the Letter of Acceptance of the WB’s Anticorruption Guidelines and Sanctions Framework ii) Commitment with the ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT & MITIGATION MEASURES OF COVID 19 AF PROJECT.(See Section:8 in Particular Specifications)
