Eligibility criteria:
1. A minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of Goods (Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e- GP system).
2.The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Similar Goods and related services (Installation, Testing and Commissioning ) at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years each with a value of at least Tk 2,50,000 (Two Lac Fifty Thousand Taka. Only) in a single work order in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/private Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years. (Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system.
3.The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
a. Catalouge and Brochure
b. Certificate of General Experience as Tenderer for 05 (Five) Years
c. NID and Valid Trade License for FY 2022-23
d. Valid VAT & TIN certificate
e. Income Tax Clearance certificate (FY 2022-23) (Assessment yr 2022-23)
f. Certificate of Specific experience for Supply, installation, testing & Commissioning of minimum Tk 2,50,000 (Two Lac Fifty Thousand Taka. Only) in a single agreement within last 05 (Five) years in any govt/semi govt/autonomus organisations.
g. Document of Minimum Liquid asset of minimum 2,50,000 (Two Lac Fifty Thousand Taka. Only)
h. Manufacturer's authorization.
i. Any other terms and conditions mentioned in the tender document
