Eligibility criteria:
(a) Reputed supplier who have minimum 01 (One) years of general experience in supply of Goods to in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years counting backward from the date of tender publication in newspaper. Only Work Completion/Payment Certificate is acceptable.
(b) Having experience in successful completion/execution of at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of Goods (Network Goods). Similar Work experiences should be worth, not less than Tk. 150000.00 in single work order in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of tender in newspaper. Only Work Completion/Payment Certificate is acceptable.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or free cash fund or credit line(s), of the tenderer Tk. 3.0 (Three) Lakh. Bank documents in support of liquid asset must be submitted. For credit line facilities, specific format (PG2-5/ PG3-8) to be used by the bank without altering/ modifying any word/ sentence and adding any condition. The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in eGP portal.
(d) Must Submit Up-to-date Trade license (Supplier), Income Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT Registration certificate.
(e) The supplier must submit original catalog/Brochure mentioning the Brand & Model. must be submitted through e-GP system.
(f) Must submit catalog/brochure of the instrument which will be used to match the standard technical specification.
