Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2160000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6480000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2160000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 1 (One) Years of overall experience in the supply of goods. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar goods shalll be of at least 01 (One) Contract to any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body successfully completed within the last 3 years with the value of at least BDT 16,00,000 (Sixteen Lac Taka Only). The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 20,00,000 (Twenty Lac Taka Only). The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
(1) Copy of Trade license (updated)
(2) Copy of TIN certificate & Tax Clearance Certificate (updated )
(3) Copy of Vat certificate
(4) Experience certificates
(5) Liquid Asset/Credit Facilities from any schedule bank
(6) The Tenderer must fill up TDS but cacan't be written as per TDS or according to tender in the Tender Documents.
