Eligibility criteria:
1. A minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of Goods (Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e- GP system).
2.The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Similar Goods and related services (Installation, Testing and Commissioning ) at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years each with a value of at least Tk 6,25,000 (Six Lac Twenty Five Thousand Taka. Only) in a single work order in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/private Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years. (Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system.
3.The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
a. Catalouge and Brochure
b. Certificate of General Experience as Tenderer for 05 (Five) Years
c. NID and Valid Trade License for FY 2022-23
d. Valid VAT & TIN certificate
e. Income Tax Clearance certificate (FY 2022-23) (Assessment yr 2022-23)
f. Certificate of Specific experience for Supply, installation, testing & Commissioning of minimum Tk 6,25,000 (Six Lac Twenty Five Thousand Taka. Only) in a single agreement within last 05 (Five) years in any govt/semi govt/autonomus organisations.
g. Document of Minimum Liquid asset of minimum Tk. 7,00,000 (Seven Lac Taka. Only)
h. Manufacturer's authorization.
i. Any other terms and conditions mentioned in the tender document.
