Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 31666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 95000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:

a)The Tenderer must have the technical personnel having minimum 5 years of experience and training on installation and maintenance on Medical Gas Pipeline System.
b) Satisfactory completion of Medical Gas and Vacuum Pipe System worth not less than Tk. 225.00 (Two hundred and twenty five) lac only in a single contract within the last 5 (five) years.
c) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 180.00 (One hundred and eighty) Lac.
d)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 800.00 (Eight hundred) lac over the last 5(Five) years. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.
(e) Tender Capacity of Tk 250.00 (Two hundred and fifty) lac. To calculate tender capacity the tenderer must submit his/their ongoing work details i.e. contract amount, payment bill amount, remaining works amount and other required information.
(f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
The tenderer must posses
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license.
iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory licence from Electricity Licencing Board, GOB .
