* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) The Tenderer shall have civil license.
2) The Tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 2 (Two) years.
3) The Tenderer shall have the experience of at least 01 (one) number of similar work or civil Construction/Repairing/Maintenance work in last 5 (Five) years in PGCB/Govt/Govt owned organization.
4) The tenderer shall have the experience of work completion at least 1 (one) work order value of at least Tk. 03(Three) lac of similar work or civil repairing/maintenance/construction work in last 5 (Five) years.
5) The average annual turnover of the tenderer shall be greater than tk 5 (five) lac in the best 2 (two) years over the last 5 (five) years.
6) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk 4 (four) lac.
All payments i.e document fees, tender security, performance guarantee should be in favor of "Power Grid Comapny of Bangladesh."
