Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 266666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 266666 ~ 800000.
Eligibility criteria:
All the Tenderers who are enlisted in e-GP Portal and full fill the the following terms and conditions:-
1. Valid Updated Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate and latest income Tax return submission Certificate.
2. Attested copy of the NID/Nationality Certificate of the tenderer or authorised person shall be submitted with the tender documents.
3. The Minimum period of general experience of the Tenderer (for similar type of goods) shall be 03 (Three) years (From the date of publication of tender notice in e-GP portal).
4. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Dry Chemical Powder/Carbon-Di-Oxide (CO2)/Chemical to any Govt/ Semi Govt/ Autonomous organizations of at least Tk.1.5 Lac only under single contract over a period of last 03 (Three) years shall be required.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2.5 Lac (Two lac Fifty Thousand taka only). The issue date of bank Certificate/Statement must be within the 06 (Six) month from tender notice publication date.
6. Tenderer must submit BSTI and BCSIR approval Certificate of the respective supplying goods for fire fighting.
7. Must have legal permission for importing chemical.
8. If any damage of man or material occurs during execution of the work will be born by the bidder.
9.If Any complicacy or dispute (arises) will be solved as per tender documents.
