Eligibility criteria:
(A) The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
1) Valid Trade Licence, TIN number, VAT Registration, Nationality (NID) & Business address, Declaration about legal capacity to enter in to the contract.
2) Work plan, Statement of work method, Equipment & Personnel.
(B) Special Instruction:
1) The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order.
2) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
3) Continuation of work could not be hampered by the bidder showing the cause of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation. The work must be completed within the stipulated time.
4) If the Tenderer(s) submit(s) any false/incorrect or forged certificate, the tender will be outright rejected and action as per PPR-2008 will be initiated.
5) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
6) Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted in the specific form (Enclose in General Specification). Otherwise Tender will be non-responsive.
7) Latest circular of CPTU and CPC of BWDB shall be implied.
8) The work has 5 Lakh taka fund allocation in 2022-23 FY Budget. Quated amount must be within allocation.
