* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.

(iii) The Rules, Regulations, and Acts (including all amendments) of "The Public
Procurement Regulation 2008" must be applied to contractors.
(iv) Any type of apathy/negligence/delay of execution of supply of goods will cost
the winning bidder a penalty of a minimum of 3 years debars in the respective zone.
