(c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility shall be BDT 30,00,000/-(Thirty Lakh) only.
(d) Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with updated BIN number.
(e) Other eligibility criteria as mentioned in the TDS and other part of the Tender Document.
