2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [50 lac] over the last [5 (five)] years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk [40 lac]
4. The minimum capacity shall be : 70 lac.
5. ABC electrical licence.
