Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 133333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 400000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 133333333 ~ 400000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience in construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Vertical Extension of RCC Frame Structure Building of at least 1 (one) number contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 10.00 (Ten) crore in any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 26.00 (Twenty six) crore. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.6.00 (Six) Crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW3-7 of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 13.00 (Thirteen) crore.
6. The Tenderer must posses i) Up-to-date trade license ii) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate iii) Valid Vat Resistation certificate iv) Up-to-date ABC category orginal money receipt must be enclosed with the tender.contractor and supervisory license from electricity licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. v) Attested copy of documents mentioned in sl no i, ii, iii & iv are to be submitted.
